Pleasant surprise not to have to queue for entry to the circus feature when we arrived. Young man playing the ringmaster very professional and great enthusiasm. Assistants friendly and informative at all stages,especially in the shop. Much less queuing and crowding from memories of previous visits. My granddaughter found she could explore the historical aspects using the consoles whereas on previous trips she couldn't get a turn.4D experience was amazing. A little disappointed at the changes to the ride....less toddler friendly than it used to be . My shooter didn't work actually which would have frustrated a child or teenager. All in all a great afternoon out.Thanky you

On the whole it was a fun afternoon, however it did flop a bit in the middle, especially around the the tempering section. My friend and I didn't realise what was going on and consequently missed most of the demonstration as we thought we were queuing for something. The next room was also a bit disappointing too. The man handing out the paid for chocolate, had the demeanor of someone who was not enjoying his job one bit and to be fair it was a bit embarrassing for all concerned, I refused to partake, especially as he couldn't be bothered to read my name right. But all in all it was good. Some bits better than others.

A lovely family day out - we took the kids and my parents, there is something for all the family. We last visited the attraction 10 years ago and with Merlin backing this, the changes are noticeable and far more engaging. Steeped in history along with the interactive experiences, 4D cinema and Cadbury ride, it was a truly pleasant visit for all. We even gave into a personalized gift :)

I had trouble making an early payment as it kept declining. However the check-in was straight forward and we had a wonderful day. Although our entry tickets was at 10:50, we did manage to get in earlier at 9:50 with no queuing. I was a little disappointed as the ride was not working and I had prepaid for the photo's.

Begin your visit at the main entrance, where your tickets are validated and you’ll receive 2–3 Cadbury chocolate bars to kick off your adventure. Follow clear signage to the first zone; staff are on hand to assist with accessibility and directions.

What to expect

Cadbury World is a landmark attraction dedicated to the history, making, and fun of chocolate, brought to life through immersive zones and hands-on activities. This experience is designed for all ages, blending education, play, and plenty of sweet treats.

Aztec Jungle: Step into a lush, jungle-themed area that traces cocoa’s ancient origins and its journey from the Aztecs to modern chocolate.

4D Chocolate Adventure Cinema: Enjoy a crowd-favourite film with Cadbury characters, motion seats, and a Crunchie rollercoaster sequence that delights both kids and adults.

Cadabra Ride & Chocolate Quest: Board a gentle ride through a chocolate wonderland and try your hand at a laser quest, with extra chocolate bars often given post-ride.

Interactive Chocolate-Making Zones: Participate in hands-on chocolate drawing and tempering demos, and sample cups of melted chocolate with your choice of toppings.
