We booked the 6:30 AM slot via Headout (not the earliest one) to align with the 7:04 sunrise. The strategy was perfect: no queue for ascent. The reality on the 124th floor: the area by the glass was already crowded, making it challenging to get an unobstructed view immediately. With a bit of patience, we secured a front-row spot for the breathtaking sunrise. The main queue we encountered was for the descent (waited ~30 min at ~7:30 AM). Key tips: 1. Timing: Arrive 30-40 mins before sunrise to skip entry lines. 2. Crowd Management: Expect and accept crowding at the windows. Don't get frustrated; wait for your turn. 3. Exit Plan: The descent queue builds up fast. Factor in extra time. Headout's service was flawless. A magnificent experience with manageable downsides if you're prepared.

Посетили смотровую площадку Бурдж-Халифа в январе 2026 года. Билеты покупала через Headout. Сайт продуман и удобен в пользовании. Интересные подборки экскурсий. После каждой покупки билета, давалась дополнительно скидка на следующую покупку. Это привлекательно. Само посещение Бурдж-Халифа прошло замечательно. Сотрудники максимально помогают посетителям и упорядочивают очередя. Готовтесь к очередям, без них никак. Желающих подняться на 124,125 этажи очень много. Виды сверху открываются прекрасные. Сразу видно, что город разростается быстрыми темпами и то ,что я увидела сейчас, через пару лет будет совсем другая картинка. Потому нельзя сказать, что один раз поднялся и в следующие посещения Дубаи эта достопримечательность станет неактуальной. Интересно и красиво здесь будет всегда!

This was a really enjoyable and well-planned combo experience. The visit to Burj Khalifa “At The Top” went very smoothly with hardly any waiting, and the views of Dubai from above were truly breathtaking and memorable. The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo was equally delightful, especially for families it was clean, well maintained, and genuinely interesting for both children and adults. Booking through Headout was simple and stress free, with instant tickets and clear instructions. Overall, it felt like good value for money and made our Dubai visit even more special. I would happily recommend it to both first time visitors and those returning to Dubai.

Mi visita a Burj Khalifa, el safari por el desierto y el Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo fue una de las experiencias más completas y emocionantes que he vivido en Dubái. Comencé el día ascendiendo a lo más alto del rascacielos más famoso del mundo, donde las vistas panorámicas de la ciudad, el mar y el desierto me dejaron sin palabras. La organización fue impecable y el ambiente, simplemente mágico. Por la tarde continué con el safari por las dunas, una aventura llena de adrenalina. El paseo en 4x4, el sandboarding y la puesta de sol sobre las dunas crearon un escenario perfecto. Para cerrar la jornada, la visita al acuario superó todas mis expectativas: enormes túneles de cristal, cientos de especies marinas y una sensación envolvente difícil de describir. Quiero agradecer especialmente al equipo de Headout por su excelente atención y por facilitar cada detalle del itinerario. Su profesionalismo y cercanía hicieron que toda la experiencia fuera aún más cómoda y memorable. Sin duda, un viaje que recomendaré siempre.

I booked my Burj Khalifa tickets through Headout and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We visited the Dubai Aquarium in the morning and Burj Khalifa in the evening, and both experiences were wonderful. The aquarium was beautiful and peaceful to walk through, with so many colorful fish and sharks to see. In the evening, the view from Burj Khalifa was breathtaking, especially seeing the city lights from the top. Everything was well organized and it was truly a memorable day. Highly recommended!

I am impressed by the smooth and hassel free provision for the entry TO THE TOP. It was the most amazing experience I had. Going throught the route ,learning about the making of the world tallest tower , seeing the speed of the elevator while waiting for my turn was just jaw dropping. The view of Dubai from the top was spectacular. Everything around you just inspires you to reach the pinnacle of life.

No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Strollers and other large items are not allowed inside the venue. They must be checked in at the luggage room near the entrance

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.

It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

Note: Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 mins at the observatory.

Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.
