Our guide from 'Once upon a time' at 10am November 18th for the Galleria Borghese was incredible. We apologize if we get her name wrong, but Alessia was so engaging, so knowledgeable, and weaved such an intriguing discussion of the art and sculpture together-we didn't want it to end. She is a local Roman and her pride of ownership really showed! We could not have been luckier to be matched with such a wonderful person and guide. She is a wonderful asset to your company. The guide, Dimitri was amazing. He had a great sense of humour which made his presentation very entertaining. We had the opportunity to see some amazing pieces of art and learn interesting facts without being rushed from site to site. Highly recommended!

The Borghèse Gallery is a fantastic landmark for art lovers, it is fully worthing it. I was very disappointed with the information provided ahead about the expectations in what concerns the logistical aspects of the visit. We found out the hard way from very unfriendly personnel of the gallery that the tour was private in the sense that it was managed by a private operator, therefore we should look "outside somewhere" for a guide wearing some color. In a nutshell, finding the guide of the tour was not easy at all given that several private operator was providing tours in the gallery. I wish the I formation ahead was more specific about what to expect. The guide herself (Emily) offered us instead an exquisit and competent presentation.
