Head out was highly recommended and the best choice we had but somehow our experience on the tkts being issues was really very bad from head out .. the issue of tkts for us and our guest took more than 12 hours and we put out with friends and our guests with kids from another country and had to literally get more than an hour onchat / calll to get it sorted .. on the parks front we are left with Zoo which will be covered today .. but the overall experience was wow as always .. Rainfortest Safari and night safari was the best indeed of all giving us the best feeling of tracking , enjoying the animals and nature at its best

This was truly the best zoo experience we have had. The animals were all very active and seen easily. We had the five park visit and thoroughly enjoyed all five parks. The night zoo is not to be missed. It was so well set out and the animals were very active. The free teams inside the zoo allowed for ease of movement around the park. The zoo was extremely clean, well cared for and a pleasure to visit. Having fans at the majority of the exhibits to cool us while we were walking and watching was very welcomed. I would highly recommend the five zoo pass.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Mandai Wildlife Reserve! The experience is so immersive, with so many opportunities to see the animals up close and it truly felt special and memorable. Booking through Headout made everything incredibly easy, with all the zoos included in one simple package and seamless entry throughout. Our highlights were finally seeing the panda in person, falling in love with the adorable fennec fox, and being completely blown away by the Night Safari. It was unforgettable and one of the best parts of our trip.

Best wildlife experience ever, plenty of animals to see in lovely setting looking well cared for. Night time safari was a bit chaotic and challenging but pretty amazing.

Pandas were very cute. I loved Amazonian Anaconda very much. Such a creature. The atmosphere of the park was amazing. Very clean and tidy. Staff are super helpful and efficient.

Great attraction, a little confusing to navigate but overall great to get so close to the birds. Bring water as no F&B mid way and gets very hot, caps also suggested.

We are from the United Stayes and have visited many zoos. We were able to visit four of the five zoos. They are amazing! Beautiful.

Bird Paradise (formerly known as Jurong Bird Park) offers a comfortable, lush green home to 400 avian species (3500 birds). Visit this beautiful park knowing you might never want to leave.
