What’s not allowed

Boarding is not permitted without complete and valid travel documents, including passport and applicable visas.

Bookings, seats, and e-tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-amendable after confirmation or boarding pass collection.

Meals, transfers to/from ferry terminals, and optional upgrades are not included in your ticket.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
