Miałem wątpliwości przed zakupem biletu online, bo mnogość stron je oferujących, w przeróżnych cenach, sugerowała możliwość szwindlu. Jednakże gigantyczna kolejka do Cysterny Bazyliki i deszcz zmotywowały mnie do działania i po prostu zapytałem bileterkę obsługującą wejście bez kolejki, czy zakup na Headout jest bezpieczny. 5 minut później miałem bilety w telefonie i byliśmy w śtodku. Różnica w cenie około 10 zł, przy cenie biletu na poziomie 200, nic nie znaczy wobec możliwości wejścia bez kolejki.

How easy it was to enter hassle-free. Security staff in particular were very understanding and kind as my 2nd ticket was not scanning correctly so they brought me and my wife to one side and I showed them proof of purchase and they were happy to let comtnue to skip the line.Staff were warm and inviting.

Booked onto the red tour and were initially told that 2 stops were closed due to a football match taking place. However at the point where the routes diverge we ended up on the blue tour. It seemed that the rest of the red tour was shut. Having spoken to the guides at the end of the trip they extended our ticket for the next day so that we could actually do the tour we wanted. Full marks for customer service.

Despite a very slow and rocky start, I did enjoy the tour once it got going. There were plenty of buses and tour narrative was good. I started my tour in the AM at Galataport. There was a problem with one of the buses. I waited 1 hour for a new bus, some waited 2 hours. The crew gave little info as to what was going on. The communication and language barrier was very frustrating
