What to bring

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind cameras, jewellery, hair accessories or any loose accessories are not allowed in the water for the safety of the animals. Pack wisely!

Additional information

• The poolside experience is suitable for all ages and children 2 years old and below have complimentary access.

• The in-water experience is only suitable for 8 years and above. Minimum height of at least 1.2m is required in order to participate.

• All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above.

• Pregnant individuals need to consult their physician before booking this experience.

• Participants of the experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself.

• Please note that this experience does NOT include entry tickets to the Lost Chamber Aquarium. You will get a special discounted rate to purchase the tickets separately on the same day.
