Getting started

Swap your online voucher for the physical Verona Card at the IAT tourist office in Palazzo Barbieri (Via Leoncino 61, Arena-side). The card activates the moment you first use it, whether you tap onto an ATV bus or step into your first attraction, and runs for a full 24 hours from there.

What to expect

Your pass is the key to the city. Head straight into the Verona Arena without waiting in the ticket line, then keep going—Casa di Giulietta's famous balcony, the riverside fortress of Castelvecchio, the views from the Lamberti Tower, and a dozen more museums, churches and monuments, all included. Three further attractions come at a reduced price, and unlimited rides on Verona's ATV city buses make hopping between them effortless. Upgrade fpr a guided tour of Verona Arena if you want expert commentary on an arena that is older than the Colosseum, and still in use today.

What to bring

After swapping your mobile voucher for the physical Verona Card, keep it with you at all times to access all included attractions.

What's not allowed

Items like metal objects, large backpacks, and weapons are prohibited.

Most sites do not allow pets inside.

Additional information

The Verona Arena might have reduced hours or be closed during the winter season, so check its schedule before planning your visit.

After deciding which date to visit, guests must book a free, timed entry slot online through the official Juliet’s House website before arriving.

Attraction hours can vary due to strikes, holidays, special events, or other unexpected reasons—make sure to confirm opening times beforehand.

On Mondays, these locations are closed: Verona Arena, Juliet’s House, Galleria d’Arte Moderna, Palazzo della Ragione, Castelvecchio Museum, Natural History Museum, Lapidary Museum, Archaeological Museum at Teatro Romano, and the Museum of Frescoes "G. B. Cavalcaselle" at Juliet’s Tomb.

Pets aren’t allowed in most museums, except for Torre di Lamberti, Giardino Giusti, and the Natural History Museum.
