    • Weapons, sharp items, and walking sticks are strictly prohibited.

    • Bringing or consuming alcohol and drugs, as well as lighting fires, is not allowed.

    • Extra bags and oversized luggage cannot be accommodated on the tour.

    • Unaccompanied minors and guests using electric wheelchairs are not permitted.

    Accessibility

    • Guests should be prepared for a moderately challenging hike that includes navigating a 135-foot stairway both down and up.

    • The tour is not suitable for visitors with mobility impairments or those affected by claustrophobia.

    • Electric wheelchairs are not permitted during the experience.

    • Pregnant travelers are advised not to participate.

    • Children must be at least 6 years old to join the tour; children under 6 are not permitted.

    • The experience is designed for children aged 6–14 and adults aged 15 and above.
