Getting started
Check in near the Main Stand entrance, where you’ll meet the abseil team. After a full safety briefing, you’ll be fitted with a harness and helmet. Once properly equipped, make your way to the stadium’s rooftop and take in breathtaking views before starting your descent.

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests over the weight of 130kg (286.60lb), under the age of 10 years, under the height of 1.2 m, and pregnant women.

Strict dress code: Open-toe shoes, flip flops, sandals, or high heels, and loose clothes are not permitted.

Prior to your visit, a waiver form must be completed for each participant in your booking. All members must sign the form before taking part in the abseil experience. For participants under 18 years, please ensure a parent/guardian/supervising adult completes the waiver form on your behalf.

If your abseil has been postponed due to bad weather, it will be rescheduled to the next available date that is suitable for you.

You can wear your glasses and/or hearing aids as long as they are not loose-fitting and liable to fall off.
