We arrived a little earlier than the times lot selected and the lady on the desk was very friendly and assisted us in downloading our tickets and we were able to go straight in. The free lockers for bags are a great addition to enable you to do the visit hands free. What an excellent museum and tour to hear about and see the rooms Rembrandt lived and painted in. I was visiting with my parents and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience with the easy to navigate handsets. The shop also has lovely well priced gifts.

Loved the etching workshop demonstration. Enjoyed the house and rooms with their decorations. Enjoyed Rembrandt's painting room with the natural but and his collection of things to study from for his art.

Durch den Besuch des Rembrandt Hauses sozusagen das 17. Jahrhundert zu besuchen. Der Einblick in Rembrandts berufliche Arbeitsweisen, insbesondere die Livestation Ätzradierungsherstellung nach Rembrandt war lehrreich. Die Rembrandt Experience war eine schöne Ergänzung, besonders gefiel uns, das man eigene KI-Fotos - als Souvenir - machen kann, man selbst, dargestellt im Rembrandt-Stil.

The whole house was amazing giving a brilliant insight into Rembrandt's life and showcasing his works. I was amazed by his talent and by the person of Rembrandt himself. His obsession with detail was clear and seeing his work was very humbling. The only negative comment I will make is that there should be a `MASSIVE' sign pointing to the house as we had to ask a passerby and it transpired we were standing outside the house.

With the Rembrandt Open Studio residency, you can witness contemporary artists at work, creating new works of art in the very same space where Rembrandt painted some of his most iconic pieces, including Nightwatch. Rembrandts Amsterdam Experience

Rembrandt in Amsterdam is a fascinating 25-minute video show with music and special effects that will take you to the Amsterdam of the 17th century. Rembrandt first visited Amsterdam when he was 18 years old. A few years later, he relocated permanently to Amsterdam, a true 17th-century metropolis. Travel back 350 years to visit a reconstruction of Rembrandt's Rozengracht studio, where he created his iconic last works. Get an old map of Amsterdam with which you can take a 3 to 4-hour city tour, passing locations that were significant in Rembrandt's life. Learn all about the Dutch painter, his mistress Hendrickje, his son Titus, and his daughter Cornelia with the help of an in-depth audio guide available in 8 languages.

The audio guide is available in Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Portuguese. The children's audio tour will be in Dutch and English.

The museum is partially accessible for wheelchair users and people with mobility issues.

Rembrandts Amsterdam Experience

It's allowed to bring your pets and guide dogs.

The tour is accessible for pregnant women.
