Backpacks, large bags, and baby strollers should be left in the cloakroom in the Access Pavilion (Ticket office) or in the Pavilion of Services, next to the Gate of Wine (Puerta del Vino).

There is a free service for the loan of porta-baby backpacks (maximum 12 kilograms). You may request one at the cloakroom at the Gate of Wine (Puerta del Vino).
