Quite easy access but difficulties when entering through gates before train. Reader did not work propergly, took some time to get through with 3 people one by one.1st class was great, plenty of room and nice seats

The train was the fastest way to get to Heathrow. It is clean, safe and comfortable. Just be prepared for a long walk to the terminal. Thankfully there are moving sidewalks to help.

The actual train service was on time, clean and efficient. The staff at Heathrow and Paddington not so much. Being disabled I asked if I could go through the disabled gate, eyes were rolled by the person letting me through. This also happened at Heathrow when I was trying to get on. No one helps you. I had business first but on the way out, it was full and I am not sure all had business first tickets but no one checks. However, the train was clean and comfortable so no complaints with that.
