Mulțumesc firmei de transfer headout și șoferului care a circulat cu prudență și ne - a adus în siguranță la destinație A fost foarte atent și înțelegător la cerințele pasagerilor. A oprit la solicitarea unui pasager care a avut o problema de sănătate.

It was my fisrt experience with Headout. I was looking for an easy way to go from the Beauvais aiport to Paris for my vacation. Two days before my travel I find the site and bought tickets. Site wizard was on high level. Paid under three minutes. Have online tickets in a munite. Now I am calm and could play cool before my wife. I liked the map on the ticket where to find the bus. Also the fact that the ticket was not for a fixed hour, which saved me my concern regarding any delay. At the bus station, I just show the QR cide and pass through. No need for any word. Everything was smooth. So many words in this feedback only to tell the others - perfect service. Nothing to recommend. Merci beaucoup.

Everything went great, except the bus driver, who had a problem even when I said that I had talked with someone regarding my changing the time for travel for 9am instead of 6am how I booked first, when the bus driver said they cannot accept this because they have other people booked for that time of 9am

Amazing, the coach was air conditioned, comfy seats, driving was smooth, getting everyone's tickets scanned and getting us onto the coach was a smooth and quick process, and we ended up just a ten minute walk from the Arc de Triumph. I will be doing this again when coming back to Paris
