After clearing customs, passport control, and security, head to Level 4 in International Departures. Follow signs toward the food court and duty-free shopping zone between Gates D67 and D68 to reach the Plaza Premium First entrance.

The lounge is located airside in the restricted International Departures area, so only passengers who have cleared all required checks can enter.

What’s not allowed

Non-eligible travelers: You cannot use this lounge if you are not departing internationally from Vancouver International Airport.

Unlisted services: You cannot access services or amenities that are not listed as features or inclusions.
