The lounge was perfect for waiting in the airport for a longer period of time. The food was delicious and the drinks were ideal. The charging ports and chairs were ideal!

The Plaza Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 2 departures is getting pretty old and dated and needs refurbishment. The toilets in particular were pretty poor.

Head to Level 4 of Terminal 2, the lounge is next to the Terminal Transfer area. Follow the signs past World Duty Free to find the entrance. Present your booking and photo ID at reception to check in.
