I could not pull up our tickets and after having trouble making reservation, credit card didn't work, had to use our tour directors cc. Then the driver told me I needed tickets and I started to panic. He said later that he was just joking, he knew already from his computer that we had tickets, but I didn't know that and after the trouble we had making reservation, I thought we were going to be stranded.
