Getting started
Arrive at the Adelaide Oval Concierge Desk, located through the South Gate off War Memorial Drive, 15 minutes before your scheduled tour begins. After a brief welcome from your engaging volunteer guide, the tour sets off through the oval’s historic corridors.

On this 90-minute guided tour, you’ll explore areas usually reserved for players, officials, and the press. From walking through the players’ race onto the hallowed turf to gazing at Sir Donald Bradman’s treasured memorabilia, the experience blends rich history with exclusive behind-the-scenes access. Whether you’re a cricket devotee, a footy fan, or simply curious about Adelaide’s culture, this tour reveals stories, secrets, and spaces that bring the Oval to life.

Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skates and skateboards are not allowed.

Cans, tins, metal containers, glass bottles, flag poles and/or extendable flag poles over 1 metre in length are not allowed.

Professional standard still or video cameras, audio recording devices and tripods, and lenses with a total-focal strength of greater than 200mm are not allowed.

Weapons and inflatable items are not allowed inside the venue.

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue except in the designated areas.
