• The passport holder must be at least 12 years old and needs to present at the Tune Talk kiosk for SIM collection and registration.

• Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption.

• This 5G SIM card offers nationwide coverage in Malaysia.

• Register your SIM card at the time of redemption, but activate it later by inserting it into your phone.

• The SIM card’s validity period starts from the activation date, not the redemption date.

• Your redemption voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
