Ferry Terminals:
You can choose from any of the three ferry terminals for your arrival and departure from Batam. These include Batam Centre, Sekupang and Harbor Bay. Please note, the departure and arrival can be at different stations in Batam to allow you maximum flexibility.All departures and arrivals to/from Singapore will be at the Harborfront Terminal.

Ferry Duration:
From Singapore to Batam Centre and vice versa takes 75 minutes. Singapore to Harbor Bay and vice versa takes 60 minutes.Singapore to Sekupang and vice versa takes 45 minutes.

Passport and Visa:
All travellers need a minimum passport validity of 6 months to leave Singapore and enter Indonesia. Please note, all infants must purchase a valid ticket too. Carrying your original passport is compulsory.

Seasickness:
The sea might get rough in some stretches. We advise you to carry medication for nausea/seasickness in case it is required.

How to Use Your Tickets
You will receive an email with your Batam Fast Ferry ticket voucher. No need to print. Present the mobile voucher along with your passport at the Batam Fast ticket counter 1 hour prior to your boarding time. Swap your mobile voucher at the ticketing counter for your paper tickets.

Ticket Validity
Your ticket is valid only for the date and time for which you’ve scheduled the experience.
