Mangiare e bere a Atene

È stato un viaggio incredibile! La nostra guida Stefanos era molto amichevole, divertente e aveva una grande conoscenza del paese e di ogni regione e città che abbiamo attraversato. Era sempre in cima al programma e si assicurava che tutti si divertissero. Ci siamo divertiti molto a fare escursioni nel sito archeologico di Delfi, a visitare il museo e a scattare molte foto durante l'intero viaggio. Ne vale davvero la pena perché non dovete preoccuparvi di nulla, ma solo di raccogliere i ricordi del vostro soggiorno in Grecia.

La bellezza di tutto questo e Michael! La nostra guida turistica, Michael, è stata 1/2 dell'esperienza. Michael era molto competente, spiritoso, attento e molto ben versato nel suo ruolo di guida e ambasciatore per il nostro tour a Delfi. Anche il nostro autista è stato fantastico, calmo, freddo e raccolto durante il viaggio da e per Delfi. Il tour in sé sarebbe stato sufficiente, ma dobbiamo dire che l'abbiamo fatto sotto la pioggia e con Michael come guida!

Diverse location per testare il cibo e le bevande. Adoro la varietà. Mi è piaciuto molto il pranzo in famiglia con il gruppo per poter provare tutte le cucine locali o le preferite. Ho apprezzato l'esperienza del caffè greco tradizionale. La guida era competente e ci ha portato in giro per la zona, spiegandoci i cibi e le bevande e cosa li rendeva unici. Raccomandiamo vivamente!

This tour was 4 delicious hours of tasting local greek flavors. Everything was mouth watering, I didn't want it to end. But it's more than just a culinary feast- the guide will explain everything: from the ingredients that make up your food to the hidden tavernas you MUST visit when in the city. My favorite part was visiting the spice street (maybe because I am a sucker for spices). The minute we hit the streets I knew I'd come home :') There were so many local vendors, each with their own baskets of spices. Very friendly people too, no one is over selling their products or anything. They let you sample too. What a treat. Back to Canada now but gonna be ordering Greek cuisine for a few days #FOMO haha

Christina è stata eccellente e il tour del cibo di strada è stato un modo fantastico per vedere la città e sperimentare il cibo e la cultura locale e visitare ristoranti che non avremmo mai conosciuto. Raccomandiamo vivamente!!!

There's just something about this athens street food tour that i still can't seem to get over. it's been a little over a week since I got back home and no doubt i'm still 100% in Greece on this street hopping tour. knew i had to write a review as soon as i got back. first of all make sure you carry money with you, and it helps if you have change. the streets can get pretty crowded so make sure you don't carry any valuables on you. other than that it was pretty smooth. had no trouble and of course the food was just to die for. i think im still reeling on olive oil -thankfully i picked up a bottle for myself- can't wait to start using it in EVERYTHING. i think the best wy to get to know any city is by getting to know its cuisine and get to know the locals, both of which are included on this tour. for that reason alone i would recommend this 100%

Many things about this tour to say: 1. The food market tour is an exciting touch. Even with the pandemic and its restrictions it was pretty crowded (not a bad kind of crowded) and everyone was safe. 2. LOVED our tour guide, Christina. Such a professional with such a flair for language and gave us so much additional information about where to go, where to eat, etc. 3. Tried mezes (greek tapas) for the first time- quite tasty. A little too healthy for my taste (hehe) but would definitely try it again (only in Greece though). 4. Was skeptical about taking a walking tour but it was surprisingly easy. Flat streets and a decent walk. 5. Do not forget to pick up a few things along the way for yourself. You have to pay for it yourself but ultimately worth it. I picked up a few spices and a bottle of olive oil.

Il tour diceva che iniziava alle 8.00, ma è iniziato solo alle 9.00. Mi è sembrato che i soggiorni sulle isole fossero troppo brevi. Molto frettolosi. Lo yacht era molto bello e confortevole. L'equipaggio dello yacht era molto amichevole. Anche il cibo e le bevande erano ottimi.
