Senza l'aiuto di Headout non sarei riuscito a portare la mia famiglia al Louvre. Abbiamo fatto una gita di un giorno a Parigi e mia figlia – che sta scoprendo la Monna Lisa – mi ha detto che era la cosa che desiderava vedere più di ogni altra. Ho stupidamente pensato che si potessero acquistare i biglietti il giorno stesso, ma mi hanno detto che non era possibile; solo grazie a Headout siamo riusciti ad andare e a realizzare il suo sogno. Il giro mi ha portato in tutti i luoghi e gli edifici di Parigi, sia quelli che conoscevo già sia quelli che non avevo mai visto prima. Un'altra novità per me è stata scoprire quanto sia verde Parigi. Vivo a Berlino e pensavo che Parigi non potesse competere con il verde di quella città. È una città meravigliosa, con persone cordiali e rilassate. Mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Gli autisti sono stati davvero disponibili. Dato che ero in ritardo per la mia visita all'Orangerie, l'autista mi ha detto di risalire sull'autobus e mi ha lasciato a 100 metri dall'ingresso, anche se non era una fermata ufficiale. Gli autobus erano puntuali. L'app era fantastica: potevamo vedere dove ci trovavamo e quanto mancava all'arrivo del prossimo autobus. Le cuffie erano comode e il doppiaggio era eccezionale.

Trovo davvero un peccato che la guida elettronica fosse disponibile solo in inglese, soprattutto considerando che grazie all’intelligenza artificiale è molto facile ottenere traduzioni, ad esempio in tedesco o in altre lingue. I biglietti non erano disponibili con 24 ore di anticipo, quindi non era più possibile stamparli. Il link per l'e-ticket non era disponibile al check-in. Anche il Wi-Fi del Louvre non era disponibile al check-in. Solo dopo aver lasciato l'area del check-in è stato possibile accedere al Wi-Fi del Louvre e i biglietti erano disponibili. La professionalità non è certo questa!
