Important Information

• Please arrive at the boarding point 30 minutes prior to departure

• An additional surcharge of $13 USD (per person) is payable for marine park free on the day your tour

• Wear comfortable, light clothing (including beachwear). Carry biodegradable sunscreen and a bottle of water for yourself

Timings

• Daily from 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM

• Boarding at 9:30 AM

• Set sail at 10:00 AM

• Head back for Cancun at 3:30 PM

Ages 0-4yrs go free. Ages 5-11yrs enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry a valid photo ID)

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly

• Please print your voucher and show it with a valid photo ID while boarding

• Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid delays

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs

Boarding Point

• Your boarding point is at the Cancun Sailing Marina (Marina Chac Boulevard Kukulcan Cancun 77500)

• Meet your Headout host here, who will check your printed voucher upon arrival

• You will then be assigned a catamaran to board
