GroupVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5This is one of the most no hassle experience we have had in Innsbruck. From the beginning to the end there were multiple places where we had to swipe these tickets including alpine zoo. This is the kind of no stress experience and swipe we need when we buy such tickets upfront from different countries. It not only reduces unnecessary anxiety in a new country, but also gives us the much needed enhanced customer experience and gratitude. Thankyou for being our solid partner.LLeif W
FamilyVerified bookingYesterday4/5Normally, I would have given it 5 stars, but the QR code didn’t work for us! We wanted to start right from the Alpenzoo to head to Top of Innsbruck first. Our QR code wasn’t valid—neither at the Hungerburgbahn nor after a walk to the Zoolasse. Since no one could help us, we drove to the Hofburg/Stadttheater parking garage to file a complaint at the ticket office at the valley station (where there isn’t even a ticket machine). This cost us parking fees at the zoo and a lot of time!!!! And before that, we had to call Headhunter, where we first went through an AI system and were then assisted in English. They were able to help us there, though, since all the online tickets purchased the day before weren’t working. We were issued physical tickets... From then on, everything was great!!!!! It’s impossible to determine exactly what caused the error or who was at fault, but in hindsight, that’s beside the point—because when everything works, the tickets are worth the money!!!! That’s why, unfortunately, only 4 out of 5 stars!!!!FFuns B
FamilyVerified bookingYesterday5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Nordkette Experience! Climbing the Nordkette was one of the best experiences of my trip to Innsbruck. First, I took the steep funicular railway up the mountain, which was an exciting ride with amazing views over the city. After that, I continued with the cable car to reach even higher into the mountains. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. From the top, I could see Innsbruck, the surrounding Alps, and even patches of snow. The fresh mountain air and beautiful hiking trails made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend visiting the Nordkette if you are in Innsbruck. The combination of the steep railway, the cable car, and the incredible views makes it a perfect day trip.CChristopher N
SoloVerified booking5 days ago4/5Absolutely fantastic experience apart from delays on the first cable car, and no one was keeping us informed, queue did move for 40 minutes, hence the reduction of one star, the lack of communication, as clearly, the cable was ad supposed to be running, but was not.NNicole D
FamilyVerified bookingLast week5/5We had a 1/2 day planned to visit Innsbruck. We have a 7 yr old. We purchased this on the drive and so glad we did! We went to the Top of Innsbruck and then the Alpeenzoo. We extended our day bc of these experiences. Wonderful experience!
This is your chance to experience the beautiful city of Innsbruck from the 2,300m-high "Hafelekar." From here, you’ll get to absorb the unique panorama of the country and its surroundings. Your journey starts at the heart of Innsbruck's old town with the unique Nordkette Funicular. Within just 30 minutes travel from the city to the Top of Innsbruck with the funicular and two panorama gondolas. Admire the elegant contrast between modern stations of the Nordkette funicular and the rugged mountainous landscape. As the bustle of the city gives way to the tranquility of the mountains, you’ll find yourself surrounded by the untouched, pristine vistas of Tyrol!
For an elevated experience above Innsbruck's cityscape, consider the optional upgrade to journey from the city center to the Seegrube. Perched high above the rooftops, the Restaurant Seegrube offers a delectable selection of traditional Tyrolean cuisine, accompanied by awe-inspiring vistas of the city below. You can also upgrade and opt-in for access to the Alpine Zoo. Finally, choose to save some money by selecting the happy hour tickets which give you a 20% discount if you enter before 9:30am or after 3:30pm.
