What to bring

• Bring a matching credit card and photo ID for verification at check-in.

• Wear securable, closed-toed shoes; athletic shoes are recommended, and limited rentals are available on site.

• Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera, a light cover-up, and cash or a credit card for gratuity.

Accessibility

• Participants must weigh between 40 lbs and 275 lbs, and will be weighed fully clothed at check-in.

• The minimum age to participate is 6 years old.

• The minimum height to independently navigate the course is 4'9"; participants shorter than 4'9" (and at least 6 years old) must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• This experience is not recommended for those with preexisting injuries or back, neck, or heart issues; please consult your doctor if you are unsure.

Additional information

• All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation, which can be completed online.

• Please check in 15 minutes before your scheduled tour, as late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded.

• Tours operate rain or shine, and only hazardous weather conditions may result in rescheduling or a refund.

• Personal belongings storage is not included in your ticket, but lockers are available for use on site.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
