Xel-Há is an absolute paradise! Unlimited snorkeling in the natural inlet with hundreds of colorful tropical fish, free-flowing drinks, and delicious buffet food made our day perfect. Climbing up the Scenic Lighthouse (Faro Mirador) and sliding 30 meters down the spiral waterslide was exhilarating!

We spent a full 10 hours exploring the inlet, cenotes, caves, and jungle trails. Jumping off the Cliff of Courage and zip-lining directly into the water (Trepachanga) were huge highlights for our group. Pre-booking online made check-in super smooth!

The 360-degree views from the top of the Scenic Lighthouse are stunning, and the waterslide ride down is crazy fun! Snorkeling gear, towels, lockers, and life jackets are all included with the ticket, making it completely hassle-free.

Best all-inclusive eco-park experience in Mexico! The breakfast and lunch buffets were fresh and delicious, and the open bar kept the tropical cocktails coming all day. Floating down the mangrove river on inner tubes was so relaxing.

No printing needed—just presented the PDF barcode on my smartphone at the main entrance turnstiles. Received our all-inclusive wristbands immediately and headed straight to the breakfast buffet before hitting the water.

Hotel pickup is generally between 7am and 9am, depending on your location.

Video cameras at Tulum require an additional on-site fee.
