Tour organizza benissimo. Arrivi al Pier 33 le indicazioni ti portano alla nava e controlli. Parti arrivi su isola, naturalmente nave con bar e tutto quello che ti serve, sull'isola ti viene spiegato tutto in inglese. Poi vai con guida oppure segui indicazioni per entrare nel penitenziario qui ricevi cuffie e walk con lingua che vuoi.. procedi in autonomi ed una volta finito vai al molo e la nave ti aspetta con cadenza 30 m.

Well, it's certainly special that I spent $75 more than I needed to on tickets to Universal Studios! I'm still really bummed that I paid so much more for my tickets by buying them through this thrid party. I was on my cell and in a hurry, so I thought I was buying directly from universal. Maybe if I win the $100 reward for writing this review, I'll feel less stupid.

I had a wonderful experience with Headout. The booking process was very easy and convenient, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The instructions were clear, entry was hassle-free, and we really enjoyed our visit. I would definitely use Headout again and recommend it to others.

The park was so clean. Staff was friendly. Jurassic Park, Mummy & Harry Potter rides were my favorite ones. Overall,it was a good experience. Definitely want to visit again!

Universal was incredible. My family loved it. We had the opportunity to return the next day, complete the rides, and enjoy the park at our own pace.

We purchased a two-days for the price of one deal to Universal Studios Hollywood and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Having our tickets readily available in the Headout App gave us one less thing to carry or worry about and entrance into the park on both days was a breeze. We were visiting from Japan and so were expecting super long lines like you see in the big theme parks there and so were pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. We got into the park proper easily within 10 minutes of arrival and found short wait times for the rides in the morning hours. If did get more crowded in the afternoons, but was still less than we were used to and expecting. This was an easy-rate 5 star experience for us.

What’s not allowed

Suitcases and wheeled bags are not allowed inside the park.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited.

Explosives, weapons, illegal substances, and clothing that may cause disruption or safety concerns are strictly banned.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except bottled water, snacks, baby food, and items needed for medical or special dietary purposes.

Glass containers, open beverages, and coolers are not allowed, except soft-sided coolers measuring no more than 8.5″ wide x 6″ high x 6″ deep.

Pets and other animals are not permitted.

Accessibility

The park accommodates guests with mobility, visual, hearing, and cognitive disabilities.

Wheelchair-friendly pathways, accessible restrooms, and support facilities are available throughout the park.
