It was a nice lounge but I thought that the seating wasn't very comfortable. I liked the hot food and the range of different teas especially. When I go to a lounge I like silence and no music however one of the staff put some music on so I then moved to another part of the lounge. Was it worth the money? If the seating wasn't very better I would have said yes.

Overall service was good. I enjoyed the shower and massage facilities. Food was ok but could have done with a bit more variety. Staff were very friendly.

The lounge was amazing, we loved using the facilities while we were waiting for our connecting flight. The only downside was five out of six of us got an upset tummy and we think it may have been from the chicken biryani as that is the only food item that we all ate that was the same.

Service and staff efficient and friendly. Thai food was excellent; shame the sushi wasn't feesh. I appreciated having a lounge to chill in and have a shower in between flights.

Nice welcome and nice lounge. Food selection very much asion style, I missed internaitonal or european style food. the Aircondition ran at maximum, to much cold

From the time I was brought to the Lounge in the wheelchair till I left - the staff were lovely - helpful & kind . Great experience with lovely people & a quiet calm atmosphere to be in fir a much needed time to relax £ enjoy good service food & atmosphere. I would definitely consider booking this again in the future . A very pleasant experience &hsvexakready shared with several people about what a great experience it was . Well done !

Great staff, lovely food, enjoyed my complimentary massage too. Definitely a must, relaxing, peaceful, just what I needed before a 12 hour flight.

Very good service and friendly staff. Enough place to sit quietly. Good selection of food and drinks. This lounge is highly recommended.
