Le opere del palazzo non hanno bisogno di commenti: sono straordinari. Quello che vorrei sottolineare è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Camino con un bastone per problemi di anca, ho 76 anni e ho trovato tutto l'aiuto di cui avevo bisogno. Vi ringrazio tutti di cuore.

Went through alot of the major pieces she was very friendly. Just wish she had the tickets in advance because we ended up spending some time waiting before entering

Superbe lieu et pas déçu des visites de l'armurerie et du Palais-Royal. Heureusement que sur place, nous avons pu , pour cinq euros par personne , prendre un audio guide car sur l'application tous nous laissait penser que c'était offert avec l'achat du billet, alors que ce n'était absolument pas le cas ! Attention car le site prête largement à confusion. Cela est très frustrant après coup. Le coupe fil ne nous a pas vraiment servi (car peu de monde à notre arrivée ) et pas sûre que nous aurions pu couper la file si elle avait été plus longue ...

The Royal Palace of Madrid is an absolute treasure and easily one of the most impressive royal residences in Europe. The architecture alone is breathtaking — the grand facade and sweeping courtyards set the tone the moment you arrive, and the interior only gets more spectacular from there. The guided tour was incredibly informative, bringing centuries of Spanish royal history to life in a way that kept us engaged throughout. The Royal Collections on display are simply outstanding — from priceless tapestries and paintings to ornate furniture and weaponry, every room tells a story. What really surprised us was how much you get for the price. For such a world-class attraction, the entry fee offers exceptional value and the visit easily fills a full half-day. Whether you're a history enthusiast, an architecture lover, or just looking for an unforgettable Madrid experience, the Royal Palace delivers on every level. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible experience, especially for anyone who loves Spanish royal history. The Royal Collection, crowns, jewelry, letters and stunning rooms were fascinating. Buying the ticket in advance also made entry super easy, with no waiting in line. The only downside was that some areas felt quite crowded with large tour groups, but overall it was an unforgettable visit.

Food & beverages, sharp metallic tools or objects, weapons, large travel bags, backpacks, suitcases, and umbrellas are not allowed on this experience.

Note that you cannot touch restricted artworks and furniture, sit on chairs, on the palace floors, or obstruct the passage. Also, running around the rooms, smoking in patios, gardens, or indoor rooms is strictly not allowed.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
