The best part of our experience was Cheryl our tour guide. She was knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. We chose this package because it included lunch in the tower but it did not. Cheryl contacted Headout for a partial refund for that part of the package. . Headout needs to correct their advertising. The person representing Headout & communicating with us before the tour made our experience stressful. They couldn't provide our tickets even though I had paid for the tour a week in advance. Trying to communicate with the Headout representative via email and text message was rediculous and nonproductive. They couldn't provide us a pickup location for the tour until the night before. Leading up to the tour with all the text messages & emails of excuses & lack of their inability to provide the pickup location made feel I had been scammed until Cheryl pulled up to pick us up for the tour.

So nice to have a tour guide, Dayna, that really knows the area, schedules and ins and outs of the sites. We moved through the day smoothly visiting all the sites but without having to wait in line. Plus the dat was gorgeous-- so great event!!

Wow. What a great tour and Nick was the best tour guide hands down. I was impressed with the set up and it was stress free and the whole process was seamless. I could not have done a better job planning this event if I tried. I would recommend this for retirees and families with small kids and everyone in between. Thanks for a great day!!

This tour covered all of the "must see" sights. Smaller group and comfortable bus. I was a little apprehensive about trying The Cave of the Winds due to steps but I did it and it was my favorite
