What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the start of the tour.

• Carry your electronic voucher on your mobile device for entry.

• Make sure to layer up if you're taking a tour during the winter months.

What’s not allowed

• Strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, and large packages are not allowed, as the tuk-tuks do not have storage space.

• Pets and service animals are not permitted in the tuk-tuks.

• Food and drinks are not included and should not be consumed during the tour.

• Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on board.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

• The tuk-tuks cannot accommodate strollers or mobility aids.

Additional information

• The minimum age for participation is 2 years, and the minimum weight is 9 kg.

• Each tuk-tuk can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (adults or children).

• All tours start and end at the same pick-up point: the underground bus station of Plaza de Oriente, near the Royal Palace.

• The tour itinerary may change due to street closures or demonstrations.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
