Het was een super dag, nadat Headout ons geholpen heeft met het omzetten van de kaartjes naar een andere e-mail adres, nadat mijn oudere kapot wasgegaan, konden we gelukkig toch nog gaan . We moesten bij aankomst in de rij staan voor onze tijdsduur en het was super heet. Het personeel heeft gezorgd voor heerlijke koele mist waardoor het wachten een stuk aangenamer werd. Eenmaal binnen was het heerlijk koel. Wat een supergroot museum is dit. Als Nederlanders wilden we uiteraard eerst de Mona Lisa bekijken en dat was dus ons eerste doel. Bij aankomst in de zaal was het al superdruk voor het schilderij, maar ook daar was het super geregeld. Er stonden mensen die in de gaten hielden of alles goed bleef gaan. Top gedaan

If you don't pay attention you go to the wrong address(Eiffeltower) when you want to start. Apart from that it went well,you get good information without boredom,and the experience was nice.

It was a really smooth experience, right from the ticket booking to the entry. The list of attractions allowed in that ticket was clearly mentioned, so there was no confusion.

Tuve una experiencia increíble utilizando Headout durante mi viaje a París. Reservé varias actividades y visitas a través de la app y todo fue mucho más fácil de lo que esperaba. La aplicación es muy intuitiva, fácil de utilizar y tiene una gran variedad de opciones para conocer la ciudad, desde lugares turísticos hasta experiencias diferentes. Me gustó especialmente que el proceso de reserva fuera tan rápido y sencillo. Toda la información de las actividades aparece de forma clara, y recibir las entradas directamente en el móvil fue súper práctico, especialmente estando de viaje. No tuve ningún problema con ninguna de mis reservas y todo funcionó perfectamente al momento de realizar las actividades. Además, me pareció muy útil poder comparar diferentes opciones y horarios desde la misma aplicación. Headout me ayudó muchísimo a organizar mi viaje y a aprovechar mejor el tiempo en París sin tener que preocuparme por comprar entradas en cada lugar. Definitivamente volvería a utilizar Headout para reservar actividades en otros viajes. La experiencia fue muy buena y la recomiendo totalmente a cualquier persona que quiera organizar sus planes de forma fácil, rápida y segura.

Palace of Versailles is grand, beautiful; it's worth a visit. However, there are some points to consider. 1. It was overcrowded because the palace sold tickets more than it capacity. 2. The instructions from Headout was confusing, eg the meeting point. It was much simpler to go straight to the gate, then showed ticket to staff. 3. It should have been clear on what are additional charge on the ticket. The last thing, if anyone who visited other royal places in UK or somewhere would consider to skip this place.

Versailles parla da sola! Tutto perfetto... Forse farei delle passerelle coperte per proteggersi dal sole. 50 minuti sotto il sole di agosto e' stata una brutta esperienza. Però la visita stupenda. E vorrei fare un complimento agli operai che stanno facendo i lavori . Ho chiesto informazioni x la stazione dei treni e mi hanno scritto su un foglio come fare e uno di loro mi ha addirittura accompagnato alla stazione dei bus! Complimenti per la gentilezza

Expérience vraiment réussie ! La réservation via Headout était simple et rapide, et le billet coupe-file nous a fait gagner un temps précieux à l’entrée. Le château est absolument magnifique, la Galerie des Glaces est époustouflante et les jardins valent à eux seuls le déplacement. Admission sur le site très facile, aucun souci pour scanner le billet. Je recommande vivement !

Louvre Museum

There is no priority access to the temporary exhibitions inside the Louvre. If you miss your scheduled time slot, you must join the line for regular ticket holders.

The visit routes will be signposted, with no possible backtracking to avoid crossing flows. Additionally, re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

Versailles Palace

Re-entry upon leaving the Palace and Garden premises.

Kindly note that tickets can also be purchased through the venue, where pricing for a reserved time slot starts at 22€, subject to availability. Tickets are nominative and they cannot be modified, refunded, or resold.

Entry to the venue will be free on July 14 owing to Independence Day in France.

Please note that printed tickets are required to enter the venue.
