Getting started

Before your journey, your redemption voucher is mailed to your chosen address. Once in Japan, bring your passport and redemption voucher to a designated JR counter within 90 days of booking to exchange them for your JR Tohoku-South Hokkaido Rail Pass. Keep your mobile ticket accessible, as you’ll need to show it at the redemption counter.
