We had such an amazing day trip, and Carol made it unforgettable! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and organized from start to finish. She shared so many interesting facts and stories that made every stop even more special. Carol was always happy to answer questions, made sure everyone felt comfortable, and kept the day running smoothly while creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
