It was very enjoyable! The museum had lots of interactive games such as the pro simulator and the VR experiences. Our tour guide, Pablo, was incredibly friendly, asking lots of questions about mine and my brothers local football team in England. He also gave us loads of really great information about the club, its history and allowed us lots of time to just take the tour at our own pace. Overall it was an incredibly enjoyable experience!

What to expect

Atlético de Madrid Stadium & museum guided tour

Discover one of Spain's most modern football venues and its immersive museum dedicated to Atlético de Madrid. Follow your guide through restricted areas and then continue independently in the museum.

Features:

Guided stadium tour: Tour the stadium's key highlights, including the Presidential box, the players' tunnel, locker rooms, and more, with an English or Spanish-speaking expert offering fascinating insights into the stadium & club's history along the way.

Museum: Visit the museum to discover the club's history through a variety of interactive exhibits, and see its trophy collection in all its glory.

Radio guide system: A pair of headsets provided as part of a radio guide system ensures you hear every single detail at all times.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Club members must bring their ID (or family book for minors) to access member discounts.

Non-members must provide proof of children’s age (ID or family book) to access applicable discounts.

What’s not allowed

Calling out to players, asking for photos with them, or requesting autographs is strictly prohibited; violation may result in exclusion from the experience without compensation.

Late arrivals may be denied entry due to stadium security protocols; refunds are not accepted.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the stadium for security reasons. However, the museum has lockers where you can store bags or baby strollers.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

If you have mobility limitations, please contact atletitour@atleticodemadrid.com in advance to arrange your visit.

You can carry your baby stroller into the stadium, but keep in mind that access to some areas will involve stairs.

Additional information

The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The experience may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons; if this occurs, you will be offered a ticket exchange for another day.

During June and July, access to some parts of the stadium will be limited due to events. However, you can still access the museum.

You can purchase a bilingual audio guide at the venue for immersive commentary on the stadium, museum, and the club's history.

Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

Club member discounts are personal and non-transferable.

The stadium and museum tours are each one hour.
