Ours was a wonderful experiance. Everything was all rigth ans we are grateful: the message of confirmation the day before, the bus driver, his enthousiasme and ponctuality, frienly people who installed hot air ballon and helped us get in, friendly drivers, final champagne cup......absolutely everything and everybody. Everything was perfect , pick & drop off was hassle free. The actual ride was truly memorable. I would highly recommend if you want a great experience to book the ride over the fairy chimneys which is slightly pricey that the basic one . But in my opinion this is once in a lifetime experience so one should do it properly. I should also mention that don't panic if u don't get the details right away after booking on headout , they will contact you in due time

This was a highlight of our entire vacation. We woke up early in the morning to witness how they actually blow hot air into the balloons. The view of the sky cladded with a swarm of hot balloons was a magical treat to our eyes. 😍😍😍

Everything about this experience was perfect. Came sharp on time to pick us up. Dropped us back at the time mentioned, so that no other plan gets disturbed. Like I said, it was perfect. The hot air balloon left us speechless. The pilot was experienced n funny. Safe pickup. Safer flying. Safest landing. No problems at all.
