The route allowed us to see the top sights in 2 hours. The river cruise rounded off the experience. The frequency of the buses is very short and so there were no waiting times. However, we did not receive a map or the offer of headphones. 🎧 We used the app for the audio guide, but this was a bit cumbersome. It was also difficult to identify the route in the app. All in all, however, we received exactly the offer we were looking for.

The Eiffel Tower tour guide was excellent & a special mention to our guide "Hendrick" who was professional/ very informative & had a great sense of humour. I personally thought he helped to pass the time queing & made the whole experience a joy ***** 5 stars from me & my daughter. - Ramps and elevators are available on the buses for easy access.
- Your guide dogs are welcome on the buses.

- Your pets are welcome, as long as they’re safely secured in a suitable transport box and positioned near your knees.
- Infants under 4 years can travel for free, but a ticket is still required. It is recommended that they remain seated on the accompanying adult’s lap.
- You can use your tickets on any day before the tour date. However, just keep in mind that they cannot be redeemed if the first day of travel has already passed.
- Cruises run every 45 minutes from 10:45am to 6:30pm from Port de Suffren (Eiffel Tower), lasting 60 minutes each.
