Being able to see so much of San Francisco in a short amount of time was wonderful. I loved the audio tour, and that it changed slightly with a second ride.
Finding how and where to buy tickets was confusing. I had to download a separate app to access the QR code.

Amazing to be able to go over the Golden Gate Bridge and see all of the main sights. Unsurprisingly it is very windy if you sit on the top of the bus and go over the bridge, and I saw a few people lose their hats, so be warned!
