I've booked 2 big bus tickets to travel to San Francisco on 10/8/2025, the booking number is 26629336. When I enter the booking number on Big bus App store,the ticket is new york. then i have to buy 2 new tickets to go on time. Online ticketing worked well. Would be better if you could continue using your electronic ticket all day instead of trying to hang on to the little paper one the first driver gives you.

Went with my college friends for a reunion. We laughed the whole time, esp when one of us nearly lost her hat to the wind (hold on tight!!). The cruise was really chill. Only downside, snacks on the boat are $$$.

Loved it! The cruise was so peaceful, and the city looked beautiful from the water. The bus tour covered all the main spots. Would recommend for anyone new to SF.

Def worth it for first-timers. The buses come often, and you can see all the stuff you’ve seen in movies. Alcatraz was the coolest part—my kids loved the audio guide. Little tip: get to the ferry early for best seats upstairs.
