Everything went as expected. Perhaps translating the menu into multiple languages would help those who don't know how to use the available apps. This is not a criticism, but rather a tip/observation to help improve. I didn't know there was an audio guide.

This is an essential activity to do; it covers all the must-see sights and even stops at the right spots so we can take photos. We highly recommend it.

Booked our tickets online and printed them off at home. Easy entry - just showed our tickets, got in the correct line, went through security and we were in.

I highly recommend booking your tickets online in advance—it saved us a lot of time! Even though the museum is huge and can seem a bit overwhelming, the layout is well-organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Set aside at least half a day to explore it, wear comfortable shoes, and enjoy all the magic the place has to offer. An absolute must-see in Paris.

The day was seamless we got in and out of there quickly. That's all we wanted to do was see the loop for a few minutes and we weren't able to get tickets the traditional way thank you so much.
