The bus ride was very nice, many historical explanations, beautiful views. The entrance and exit was timed always great. It was sometimes not so easy ,when a stop is at a stop or when he was just at a traffic light. It was a nice day for all of us and we can only recommend this way to get to know a city.

What we experienced was fine. Unfortunately, we were unable to experience much. Our time was limited on 12 November, our only day in Frankfurt. We thought the bus would be the best way to see the most in our limited time. We bought our (4 of us) tickets online and went to the stop nearest our hotel - Alt Sachsenhausen - to catch the bus. It did not arrive until 10:45am. We'd been waiting since 10:00am. Though I hadn't expected it at 10, I had hoped it would arrive long before 10:45. We rode to Paulskirche, where we sat awhile after changing buses. At this point- after 11am, we realized that we didn't have the time to continue the rest of the route. So, we abandoned the tour after one stop. We were obviously overly optimistic of what we'd be able to accomplish - hoping we'd be able to get started earlier and not have a wait after our first stop. Otherwise, we have no complaints about the booking process, the staff we interacted with, or the tour mechanism (though we experienced very little). Now we know better. David Gorden

I liked the detail, both in the ride and in the narration. You can get great insights into the life that takes place in Frankfurt and some information that was told during the trip have stuck. Also the bus drivers were very nice, which has rounded off this trip again. :3
