Excellent experience, we did the bus and the boat. We got the noon bus from Sanofi and the tour was fantastic the guides and staff were so helpful. We took the 430 boat tour and again same thing beyond helpful staff and the guide was so informative. Well worth it highly recommend- very enjoyable day!!!

Easy to find. Knowledgeable staff, Liam the best speaker, made our rides fun. Got to see a lot of Toronto in the best way possible. Highly recommend, best way to see a city and learn lots as well. A must do!!

This is a good way to see the city. Booking online is a bit tedious but overall it worked well. The discount for attractions at some stops was a nice bonus. I didn't notice that part on the website. We really enjoyed the harbour tour as an extra and the printed maps we received on the bus were very helpful (I did try to pre purchase the hop on hop off at ama/caa prior to trip.- that was a disappointing Waste of time. It was so easy in the past). The thing that might be improved was staffing. Everyone was a bit confused leaving the bus and getting to the boat location at the harbour. The student commentating was unaware that she could not be heard past one or two rows and another well informed guy on part of the route had such a thick accent that he was hard to understand. He would have been excellent if he could slow down. All this comes down to a bit of training. This is a good activity for getting a sense of a new place and good for young and old (except navigating website with certainty).

great views of the city; you need to sit on the upper deck, in front of the guide with the microphone in order to hear him/her. If you are in the lower level you can easily miss the message that they won't stop at some locations unless someone indicates that they want to get off there.

Everything went according to plan. At 10:00 a.m., we took the multilingual bus. The explanations were very clear, and when we asked the bus staff for information, they were very friendly. For me, it was spectacular and highly recommended. You see the city from a different perspective, and you also get to see emergency services in action—firefighters, ambulances, and police.

We loved the tour from beginning to end. The Tour Guides both had great knowledge and we were able to fit in the CN Tower tour just prior to moving to the Harbour where we had lunch at the Amsterdam and then boarded our boat for the fabulous tour of the harbour and islands. The views from the water across to Downtown Toronto were spectacular. We were able to hop back on the bus and complete our loop finishing in the upscale shopping and restaurant district at stop 3, where we spent the evening having drinks and dinner. We went to a fabulous pub called the Duke of York and joined in the celebrations of Canadas famous 6-0 FIFA WC win over Qatar. It completed a really special day for us all
