Unfortunately, there was no one on site who could convert the tickets into a QR code as described in the email. In the end, the only option was to download the app.

The bus was totally dirty and many things were broken. For example, the seats, cables were sticking out. In addition, the audio version was getting on in years, an update would be necessary!
