City Tours: Belfast Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

Very knowledgeable tour guide but very hard to hear on the upper open deck.

Don, our driver and guide , was FANTASTIC and went out of his way to explain the various historical sites. He is a top man.

The individual stops were incorrectly indicated in the app. We wanted to get on at Victoria, but the app showed an address about 200 m away from the bus stop. So the first bus drove past us in the rain. Luckily we had seen where it stopped. Unfortunately, it didn't help us, because the next one that came after 20 minutes simply drove past us. So we walked to the next stop. There finally found the station after a long search (again wrong location in the app). Bus came but no audio and the driver told us something himself. It's actually charming but despite my actually quite good practiced English it was very difficult to follow the rather broad mumbled accent. It was only when we changed buses later that there was a tape with understandable English. How the audio was supposed to be available in various languages was not clear to us or other passengers

The trip was so informative. We went around twice. When we got off the coach for sightseeing, felt secure in knowing a coach would be on time to pick us up. Thank you
