Ticketing experience was quite easy and convenient. It was a little difficult to find the actual pickup spot, but after that the experience was very good.

The visit is well organized and is a good complement to the city tour. However, the audio on the bus is not good and is not well understood. It would be nice to have it in Spanish. The time left to see the museum is short.

The tours were as expected. Drivers are friendly. I was annoyed that I bought an online ticket but then still had to go to the office to have it scanned.

This city bus tour was awesome. They have 3 different routes and for an affordable price you can ride as many times as you want. Plus all of the attractions and stops are very interesting. Definitely recommend it.
