Our guide Simon was just amazing. Very well informed but also very amusing, he kept us all interested in the day. We also liked that it was in sections with explanations between. Found the whole day fabulous

Guide was very good. Trip thoroughly enjoyed. Only problem was that in the ticket it was mentioned pickup from hotel, but when I contacted the local agency on the night before the trip, they mentioned that pickup won't be possible as it's outside their pickup range. Thankfully I had called her, otherwise I would have missed the trip as I haven't received any confirmation regarding the pickup change.

Our guide Jecky was great and we were able to learn a lot from him and the experience 😊 He asked our group thought-provoking questions which really enriched the tour. Tip: make sure to write your mobile. Tour company will contact you to confirm pick up details including license plate of car/bus picking you up. We had a bit of confusion regarding this and thought bud had left us but it was our confusion as the bus that had left had a different license plate (even though it was part of the same tour company that was picking up other guests in our same hotel) The ticketing experience with Headout was bad. Book through Viator or someone else. The actual booking with Headout was easy but the tickets were "pending" for 2 days. I had to contact their customer service 3 separate times before the tickets were confirmed (and they were confirmed 12 hours before the experience was to begin)
