Getting Started

Head to Rope Park Interlaken, located just outside the center of Interlaken. Upon arrival, you’ll meet a trained instructor who will get you set up with professional safety gear. After a comprehensive safety briefing, you’ll be ready to take on the trees. The park is just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West Train Station.

Located in a lush Swiss forest, this high ropes course features a mix of thrilling challenges and fun for all ages. With nine different courses and over 160 elements to explore, it’s the perfect outdoor activity for families, friends, and solo adventurers.

Nine High Ropes courses: Navigate your way through suspended bridges, climbing nets, Tarzan swings, and more, each course offering a different level of difficulty.

Zip Lines up to 23 meters high: Soar through the trees on exhilarating zip lines and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the forest.

Kid-friendly options: Children over 1.40 m can try all nine courses, while younger ones can explore tailored routes with adult help. Snowli courses are perfect for toddlers who can walk.

Expert safety support: All participants receive a safety briefing, equipment, and support throughout their adventure.

Immersive forest location: Set aside 2.5 to 3 hours for a full experience in this beautiful natural environment just minutes from central Interlaken.

This activity isn’t suitable for pregnant women, anyone with heart or back problems, fear of heights, or over 264 lbs (120 kg).

Pets, large bags, and unaccompanied minors aren’t allowed.

Children under 16 must be with an adult.

Children under 18 need a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian.

If you’re over 1.40 m, you can try all 9 courses.

If you’re between 1.20 m and 1.40 m, you can access 7 courses.

Between 1.10 m and 1.20 m? You can do 3 courses with one-on-one adult help.

Snowli courses are great for little ones who can walk—no height or age limit.

Parents can assist from the ground for free.
