Main entrance (St. James’s Gate)
Located at St. James’s Gate on Market Street South, this is the official and only public entrance to the Guinness Storehouse. The entrance is clearly signposted and situated near the corner of Crane Street and Market Street South, just opposite the Guinness Open Gate Brewery. The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free access, ramps, and automatic doors. Accessible ticket counters and lifts are available for visitors with reduced mobility.
- Regular hours: Monday to Thursday and Sunday, open 9:30am to 5:00pm (last entry around 4:00–4:45pm). Friday and Saturday, open 9:30am to 6:00pm (last entry around 5:00–5:45pm), with later access for the Gravity Bar.
- Special hours/closures: Closed December 24–26 and often Good Friday. Summer peaks or special events may extend opening hours. The Gravity Bar may close 30–60 minutes earlier than the main building. Always check guinness-storehouse.com for the latest updates.
