We had a great time, we went as a family. Our guide, Mark, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had all ages in our group and he was very patient with everyone. What I loved most about this experience was my tour guide Jimmy. He went above and beyond to make sure our group had a seamless transition throughout each event. He was on time, prompt, and best of all: knowledgable and friendly. My favorite attractions were Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. The helicopter tour did not provide the view of the falls as advertised and was disappointing. Otherwise Jimmy made up for it. Thank you for an awesome experience.

The Maid of the Mist boat cruise is only operational from May to October. When it is not operational, it will be replaced with a visit to the Aquarium of Niagara.
