We had a great time, we went as a family. Our guide, Mark, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had all ages in our group and he was very patient with everyone. At the beginning they had problems giving us the passes but in the end they solved everything and we had a great time without any problems.

What I loved most about this experience was my tour guide Jimmy. He went above and beyond to make sure our group had a seamless transition throughout each event. He was on time, prompt, and best of all: knowledgable and friendly. My favorite attractions were Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. The helicopter tour did not provide the view of the falls as advertised and was disappointing. Otherwise Jimmy made up for it. Thank you for an awesome experience.

What’s not allowed

Safety is a priority, so the helicopter ride is restricted for infants and guests under the height of 1.02m (3.3ft).

Additional information

The Maid of the Mist boat tour is not operational during winter months and will be replaced by Niagara Power Vista or the Niagara Legends of Adventure.

Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email or phone 1–3 days before your tour. If you're unable to access either, please be in your hotel lobby at least 30 mins before the scheduled tour start time.

The exact length of time for the tour may vary slightly based on traffic and seasonality (e.g., during off-peak times, tours tend to be a little shorter due to less traffic)

Helicopters require good weather to operate. In the event they are not running, you will be offered a voucher to return at a later date or a partial refund. Please ask your tour guide for confirmation.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
