What to bring
- All guests booked on a tour must have government-issued forms of identification.
- Wear layered clothing from March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March.
- Comfortable, sturdy, toe-covering shoes are a must to handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
What's not allowed
- You may bring a bottle of water, however, the bottle is not allowed to be opened on the aircraft.
- The use of ‘Selfie Sticks’ and extending camera poles is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.
- Passengers under the age of 15 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+ years of age).
Accessibility
- The airplane has a lift or boarding ramp for collapsible wheelchair accessibility.
- If using a motorized wheelchair, please notify staff if it operates with a wet or dry battery at the time of booking.
Additional Information
- For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 pounds or more will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
- No-show reservations will be canceled if the passenger has not checked in at least 45 minutes before flight time.
