One of the best parts of the cruise? Without a doubt—the captain. A true storyteller, his voice carried across the speakers with passion, knowledge, and a deep love for the land. Every bend in the river came alive through his words. The crew was just as wonderful—friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of what they do. It felt more like being a guest than a passenger. Lunch was a light spread, but beautifully done—fresh, simple, and just right for the journey.

The cruise was very good and the lunch was enjoyable. The ticket experience was not enjoyable at all. I would like to suggest maybe having a seating plan of the boat with your ticketing prices. I booked one window and one aisle thinking I would be sitting next to my husband however due to your arrangement I was going to be sitting in the middle of the boat. Consequently I bought another window seat and the ticket girls were very pleasant about my situation.

Ticketing was easy with Headout but had no idea the ticket had to be exchanged for boarding passes at the office. That was annoying because we stood in the queue to board only to be told we had to go back into the office for boarding passes.
